Currach Replicas & Wood Crafts

Meitheal Mara's workshop produces quality hand-made currach replicas & wood crafts sourced from sustainable wood.

Replicas are scaled at 1:10 and are all handmade. The models are perfectly accurate and are built in exactly the same way as the full size boat and can be used as a guide for building the real ones.

The model displayed is the 4-hand West Kerry Naomhóg replica currach which includes mast, sail, 8 oars and display stand and is priced at €200 excluding post & packing anywhere in the world.

We have individually fashioned wood products & gifts for all price ranges including nightlight holders, shelving units, stools, chairs, tables, etc. Here is the current price list, images & descriptions for collection from our workshop or we can ship worldwide.

The workshop also creates bespoke & by-design crafts if you have ideas of your own that you would like manufactured.
